Privacy Policy

BasketballMiddleFinger.com ("we") makes AI videos from photos you upload. This policy explains what we collect.

What we collect

Account data: your email, and your name and profile picture if you sign in with Google. Passwords are stored only as salted hashes.
Photos and videos: the photo you upload and the videos generated from it. Photos are sent to our AI video provider (Kie.ai, running ByteDance Seedance models) only to create your video.
Payments: handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. We keep the order amount, status and receipt email.
Analytics: we use Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity, Plausible and Google Search Console to understand how the site is used. Clarity may record anonymised sessions.

Uploaded photos are deleted automatically after 7 days. Generated videos stay in your account until you ask us to delete them or close your account.

You can ask us to access, export or delete your data at any time by emailing support@basketballmiddlefinger.com.

We use a login cookie, a cookie that links purchases made before sign-up to your new account, and analytics cookies.
